The Ontario Lottery Corporation called on The Talisman Group to assist with the slot marketing for their first Racetrack slot project, at the Windsor Raceway Bonanza Slots. We were brought in on November 19, 1998. After an analysis of all the tasks to be completed, we called upon Raving Consulting of Reno to assist with the Players Club part of the engagement.

A complete program was outlined and developed. This consisted of a plan of action to market the property through various media, and the design and installation of a slot club that could compete in a competitive market. The slot club tasks included development of a theme to fit the property, designing all the collateral material, hiring and training personnel, and solving numerous technical challenges to make the already installed software and hardware execute tasks within the required parameters. The Windsor Raceway opened 700 slot machines to the public on December 16, 1998 - 28 days after the engagement started. The Slot Club was fully operational and was able to sign up over 5000 members in the first week of operation.
