Retained by an Asian company to assess the feasibility and development mix for a new gaming, entertainment and residential project on a peninsula in Panama Bay.
Both
Robin & TJ traveled to the site, conducted extensive interviews with
high ranking officials (in the local tongue) and reviewed the whole project
area along with statistical data that was gathered from numerous sources.
The client received an incisive written report that was used to successfully
secure the rights to develop the peninsula from the government.
