Retained by Cirsa Business Corporation, Barcelona, Spain's largest gaming company, to evaluate a proposed strategy for entering the gaming market in Puerto Rico. Cirsa was planning to acquire the casino at the Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Recommended against with the acquisition due to unfavorable terms and market conditions. One of Cirsa's senior executives commented "Talisman did an analysis for us of a potential project at the Ritz in Puerto Rico. Their report was on target, and assisted us greatly in making the decision to not go forward with that project." We pride ourselves in being able to provide advice that is best for the client - even if that means that we may eliminate the possibility of further work with the client.
