Robin joined the company in 1988 at the Golden Nugget as a supervisor, moving into the Baccarat Room, and then transferring to The Mirage when it opened in 1989. Continued in supervisory position to work in the Baccarat Room, at that time, the most successful in Las Vegas, learning the art of managing large volumes of business, while at the same time providing a high degree of customer service.
