Critically behind schedule, and lacking any gaming experience, the client contacted The Navegante Group 68 days prior to opening to take over planning implementation and opening of the Rio Mar casino. Robin directed this project, and together with TJ brought the timeline back on track, and delivered a "turn-key" fully operational casino. The team's efficient execution under heavy time constrains, allowed the project to open on schedule with the rest of the resort. The success of this mission is best rated by the one month extension to our original consulting contract and for the last two years, Robin Powell has served as the Asset Manager for the casino, providing strategic advice at the corporate level.
